My work analysis about bagobo myth entitled "THE SUN AND THE MOON

The Bagobo people of the Philippines have a myth about the sun and the moon that tells a romantic story of how they came to be in the sky.

According to the myth, the sun and the moon were once human beings who fell deeply in love with each other. They wanted to be together forever, but they knew that it was impossible because they were so different. The sun was bright and hot, while the moon was cool and calm.

Despite this, the sun and the moon made a promise to each other that they would never be apart. They spent every moment together, basking in each other's warmth and light.

One day, the sun and the moon were caught by the gods, who were angered by their disobedience. The gods punished them by separating them and banishing them to the sky. The sun was sent to the day sky, while the moon was sent to the night sky.

Although they were separated, the sun and the moon never forgot their love for each other. They continued to shine their light on each other from afar, knowing that they could never be together again.

Today, the sun and the moon continue to rise and set every day, their eternal dance a reminder of their undying love. The Bagobo people believe that the sun and the moon are still in love, and that their romance is the reason for the beauty of the world we see today.
